REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, patient and family education, interdisciplinary care coordination, and documentation in the EMR.
