Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $62+ per visit

Job Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health visits in the Bethel, Delaware area. This position is full‑time and ongoing, with duties in designated geographic territories throughout Seaford, Laurel, and Georgetown. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet. Qualifications A current RN license in Delaware. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience; prior home care experience is strongly preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program, evidenced by transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and use strong interpersonal skills.
