DePuy Synthes seeks a Manager of Strategic Insights to establish and oversee a supply chain competitive intelligence framework. This role translates external market signals and competitor activity into actionable strategic insights for global senior leadership in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Establish, govern, and evolve the supply chain competitive intelligence framework and delivery model
Partner with senior stakeholders to define intelligence priorities aligned with strategic business decisions
Monitor and synthesize industry performance, competitor activity, and emerging supply chain signals
Research and identify leading supply chain practices, capabilities, and models across industries for potential adoption
Develop executive-ready intelligence briefs and strategic analyses addressing priority business questions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in strategic insights, consulting, market research, or supply chain strategy
Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive and market research, synthesizing diverse sources into clear insights
Strong executive communication skills for presenting strategic recommendations and insights
Proven cross-functional partnership ability in matrixed environments
MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation in global or regulated environments preferred
