You will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a structured, team-oriented setting. A typical day includes assisting with patient evaluations by gathering objective data as directed by the PT, progressing therapeutic exercise programs, providing appropriate modalities, and reinforcing patient education on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury prevention. You will document visits in an EMR, help manage patient flow to maintain on-time schedules, and collaborate with the care team to track functional progress and outcomes.Patient schedules are designed to support consistent, efficient care. The PTA will typically manage a steady outpatient caseload throughout the day, with scheduling patterns that may include both one-on-one and shared visit structures, depending on clinic volume and patient needs. The environment emphasizes clear clinical pathways and standardized protocols, while still allowing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's goals. Clinic hours generally follow a traditional outpatient schedule with daytime and some early evening coverage, supporting patient access before and after typical work hours.
