Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Lead on behalf of our client in the United States . The ideal candidate will lead ServiceNow integration, development, reporting, and optimization initiatives across the broader ServiceNow ecosystem, including HAM, SAM, CMDB, GRC, and IRM.

The role will focus on improving workflows, data quality, reporting, system integrations, and automation while partnering with cybersecurity, business analysis, and program leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards, reports, and metrics for program and security leadership.

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

• Develop and maintain integrations and data exports between ServiceNow and Power BI .

• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and lineage across ServiceNow environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues.

• Implement and maintain role-based access controls and data security within ServiceNow.

• Perform ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and data analysis to support business decisions, audits, and risk reviews.

• Document development and configuration work, including data dictionaries, technical documentation, and reporting SOPs.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and cybersecurity teams to translate business and security requirements into ServiceNow workflows, reports, and measurable metrics.

• Identify opportunities to improve ServiceNow processes, integrations, reporting, and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field .

• Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience .

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience , including scripting, business rules, and UI configuration.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting .

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or related ServiceNow data models .

• Understanding of cybersecurity KPIs, ATO, and RMF metrics .

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance certification.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Power BI or other enterprise BI platforms .

• Experience supporting U.S. federal cybersecurity programs .

• Previous experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) environments is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity, compliance, ATO, and RMF processes.
