What You'll Be Doing: Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires Inspect brakes, batteries, fluids, belts, hoses, and other key vehicle components Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to the Service Advisor Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Accurately document services performed and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Work closely with experienced technicians while continuing to develop your skills through hands‑on learning and factory training What We're Looking For: Previous automotive, quick service, or express maintenance experience preferred Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn ASE certifications are a plus, but not required Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow your career Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings What We Offer: Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement Paid Ford factory training and ongoing career development Clear career path from Express Technician to Main Line and Master Technician Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and more Modern, well-equipped shop with steady workflow Supportive leadership and experienced technicians committed to your success Rotating Saturday schedule with lunch provided The opportunity to build a long-term automotive career with a growing organization Capital Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
