Assisting Audit Project Manager in the development of an approach and testing strategy for assigned areas to ensure all key business risks and controls are evaluated. Completing test procedures, including maintaining appropriate testing documentation to support results. Confirming all findings to ensure full understanding with management throughout and at the conclusion of the project by discussing process and control deficiencies, recommending corrective actions and other suggestions for improvements in operation and/or reductions in costs. Participating in ad-hoc projects, investigations and/or any other required activities including Sox 302 & 404 activities. As required, providing assistance to external auditors during their interim and annual reviews of the company Collaborating with global colleagues on department/corporate-wide initiatives. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance) 5+ years of audit experience with a large multi-national, professional services or public accounting firm. Advanced technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge and understanding of internal auditing standards and techniques as well as general accounting methods, principles, and practices. Effective organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
