Full-Time | MondayFriday | 5:00 p.m.1:30 a.m. | Newport News, VA | $16$18/hour

Ideal for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to build practical skills while earning a consistent paycheck on a MondayFriday evening schedule.

Whether you're in college, just entering the workforce, or looking for a career change, we'll teach you a skilled trade while paying you to learn.

No experience? No problem.

If you're dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll teach you the rest.
As part of our Project Services Team, you'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced technicians.

You'll learn how to:

Strip, wax, buff, and restore commercial floors
Operate professional floor care equipment
Maintain VCT, tile, concrete, and specialty flooring
Safely use commercial cleaning products and equipment
Deliver high-quality results for businesses throughout Hampton Roads
