Our client is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring both incoming materials and outgoing orders meet the highest standards. Job Responsibilities Serve as the bridge between warehouse operations and the quality team. Assist with receiving inspections and verifying incoming products. Ensure outbound orders meet all specified requirements. Act as the quality representative for final order approvals. Conduct and manage customer source inspections. Provide insights to enhance inspection methods and processes. Navigate and utilize the company ERP system proficiently. Document quality records, such as inspection reports and nonconforming material records. Qualifications College degree or high school diploma with 1 to 3 years in quality roles in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing. Proficient in using calipers and micrometers; able to read engineering drawings. Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. Familiar with ISO9000 or AS9100 quality standards. Strong communication skills and software proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
