Responsibilities Model and coach a consumer‑centric experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends, current promotions, and the Levi's® service approach to meet consumer needs. Promote the Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program. Resolve consumer concerns in accordance with company policy and consumer satisfaction. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues. Handle all cash, merchandise, shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment operations while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy. Follow directives of store management and comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs. Qualifications Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends. Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks. Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift up to 40pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders. Have reliable transportation. Must be 16years old. Compensation The pay range for this role is the higher of the required minimum wage (local, state or federal) or $15.15‑$25.25 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
