Partnering closely with project teams and forward-thinking peers, you will have the opportunity to build foundational project leadership skills, turn big ideas into reality, and excel alongside the brightest talent in the industry.What You'll Do:Support and execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiativesCoordinate projects based on defined priorities while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and budgets are metTrack risks and issues, mitigating and escalating them as needed to manage project impactsAssist in the planning, design, management, and execution of project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementationLeverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentationPartner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project deliveryBuild relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitmentsAssist in identifying ways to improve and streamline business processesHelp put structure in place to manage work and demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demandsDemonstrate strong communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders across teams to manage, inform, and influence outcomesDisplay strong consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project deliveryBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Military experienceAt least 3 years of Project Management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)4+ years of Project Management experiencePMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certificationStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem solving and influencing skillsWork experience achieving results with complex projects
