Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule: 8 Hour Days, Monday to Friday with intermittent call

Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks (open to 26 weeks if needed); 36 guaranteed hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Indiana or multistate
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• 2+ years of experience in an Operating Room setting required
• Conscious sedation experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care pre-operatively, inter-operatively, and post-operatively
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical team members to facilitate optimal outcomes
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards

Compliance / Notes: Proof of vaccinations and TB testing required.
