? $115,000–$135,000 annually, based on experience
☀️ 8-Hour Day Shifts
⏰ Minimum 30 guaranteed hours per week

We’re seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to lead Therapy and Rehabilitation Services in a smaller, team-focused facility. This hands-on leadership role combines department oversight with inpatient swing-bed and outpatient patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Oversee daily rehabilitation operations and clinical performance

• Supervise and support all PT and PTA staff

• Complete evaluations and provide clinical guidance to PT staff

• Manage inpatient swing-bed and outpatient therapy programs

• Promote quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support budgeting, program development, and improved patient outcomes

• No current weekend or holiday requirements

Requirements:

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license

• Current AHA BLS certification

• Active NPI number

• Two to five years of therapy-management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and patient-education skills

• Ability to work independently within a smaller team

• Strong time management and adaptability across mixed settings

• Familiarity with EMR and clinical documentation systems

• Flu vaccination and immunization records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Rural or critical-access hospital experience

• Comfortable floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads

• Trubridge/CPSI EMR experience strongly preferred
