Physician Assistant - $10K Sign-On Bonus

Physician Assistant position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient's journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key responsibilities include conducting patient consultations and assessments, managing fertility treatments, performing diagnostic procedures, effectively triaging cases, educating patients on fertility treatments, providing emotional support, coordinating care, maintaining accurate patient records, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Position requirements include a Physician Assistant (PA) with active VA state licensure, minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, active BLS required, women's health background preferred, strong communication and patient counseling skills, ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation and benefits include an annual salary of $120,000 to $160,000, comprehensive healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance, generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a retirement savings program.
