Company Overview

Consolidated Banking Service, Inc. (CBSI) is a regional provider of product and services to financial institutions across the Southeast U.S. We supply, install, and service all systems related to cash handling, electronic and physical security systems.

Job Summary

The dispatcher is primarily responsible for dispatching all service calls to the appropriate technician.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Review all incoming service emails and handle/dispatch accordingly
• Receive all incoming phone calls and handle/dispatch accordingly
• Compile and distribute the plan for the day
• Serve as a backup for processing PO’s and ordering parts
• Place/remove customers from test/no action status as they perform alarm testing
• Develop and update service technician handbook
• Attend weekly technician meeting to stay informed of issues
• Assist with special projects assigned by the Service Manager
• Assist with annual inventory count

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

Experience

• Prior experience in a dispatch position is preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in the banking industry is preferred, but not required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
