Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room RN to provide compassionate emergency care in a busy hospital setting. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, stabilizing, and managing acute patients while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize emergency care based on acuity levels. Administer medications, perform wound care, and execute procedures such as IV insertions and lab draws. Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system. Collaborate with physicians, techs, and other staff to ensure timely and effective patient care. Participate in shift huddles to communicate ongoing patient needs and unit updates. Adhere to hospital policies on dress code, safety, and EMTALA requirements. Qualifications: Valid RN license with at least 1 year of emergency department experience. Level II or Level III trauma experience required. Certification in TNCC, ENPC, or PALS; ACLS and BLS certifications required. Demonstrate compassion, urgency, and teamwork in fast-paced environments. Skilled in assessments, medication administration, and emergency procedures. Ability to work flexible shifts, including 7am-7pm schedules.
