PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a C++ Acoustic Signal Processing Programmer to support our government customer in Patuxent River, MD. Duties & Responsibilities:Programming in support of the Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Platforms computer systems.Required Qualifications:Must have a Secret Clearance, Top Secret SCI is preferred.Shall be knowledgeable in acoustic signal processing programming and mission planning processes and software. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in support of Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Platforms computer system experience to include: Test and EvaluationNetwork Protocols LAN administration fundamentalsUNIX and Windows based operating systemRequired Certification:Within 18 months of start date, must obtain the following certification:Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), or complete a vendor/platform specific certification such as:Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)Sun Certified Professional (SCP) Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP)CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of programming languages such as: C+, C++, C#, and OpenGLDiscrete Representation of Signalsz-TransformTransfer Function and Frequency Response FunctionDiscrete Fourier TransformTransfer Function of Models and Wave EquationsStatistical Models for Acoustic TransferDeconvolution and Inverse FiltersLinear Equations, Inverse Filters and Signal AnalysisEducation Requirements: High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.“This position requires a completed COVID-19 Attestation (proof of vaccine or approved medical or religious exemption)”.PSI Pax, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
