What You'll Do Build genuine relationships with clients - in person, by phone, text, and email Connect with online inquiries and convert them into showroom appointments Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstration drives on Land Rover vehicles Guide guests through a high-touch, concierge-style buying experience from first contact to delivery Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals What It Takes A great attitude, strong work ethic, and drive to earn based on your results Any background in sales or customer service Strong communicator - confident on the phone, over text, and face-to-face Comfortable with CRM and digital tools Social media or content creation experience is a plus Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record What Makes This Role Different Real conversations, not scripts.
