WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time dispatching position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

As our Service Dispatcher, you'll receive service requests and quickly connect customers with the right technicians. You'll plan and prioritize schedules, adjusting throughout the day to meet changing demands, while proactively reaching out to customers to coordinate maintenance services. As you communicate timelines and updates via phone and email, you'll also track work orders and monitor performance against KPIs, ensuring every job is handled efficiently.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SERVICE DISPATCHER?

We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience in an office environment
• Ability to work in a team setting or independently

At least 2 years of dispatching experience and prior office experience are preferred.
