We are looking to add AM and PM Servers to our team. 

Our  Restaurant Servers delivers exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized, and professional service to guests in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting. This role requires extensive knowledge of menu offerings, food preparation techniques, wine and beverage pairings, and service standards. Servers are responsible for guiding guests through the dining experience, anticipating needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the restaurant’s commitment to excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP’s
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous Server experience a plus
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
• Must be able to work Flexible schedule, Weekends and Holidays
