We're looking for a Sales Assistant who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and making sure customers get the answers they need.

This is more than answering phones. You'll work with customers, Sales, manufacturing, and other departments to keep orders, samples, information, and projects moving.

You don't need to know everything coming in - we're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Communicate with customers by phone and email and respond to questions and requests
• Work with our Sales Team to provide excellent customer service
• Help prepare quotes, proposals, and project information
• Enter and process customer orders
• Coordinate samples and customer sample requests
• Prepare project and submittal information
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Respond to incoming website sales inquiries
• Follow up internally to make sure customer requests get completed
• Assist teammates when additional support is needed

The variety is part of the fun - you'll have the opportunity to learn different parts of our business rather than doing the same thing every day.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with others
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Dependable and takes ownership of their work
• Comfortable learning new computer programs and systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• A team player who is also comfortable working independently
• Willing to ask questions and learn
• Positive, motivated, and ready to contribute

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
