Respiratory Therapist - NICU

This position requires flexibility as it may float between units. Must be available for weekend shifts as required by the schedule. Candidates should be prepared to work in a high-stakes environment. Preferred experience includes working with adult and pediatric critical care patients. Candidates must have experience with various respiratory therapy procedures and equipment. Ability to assist in high-risk deliveries and perform intubations is essential. Experience with advanced ventilatory support options is preferred. Prior experience with patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is crucial. Candidates will be expected to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team setting. Strong communication skills are necessary for collaborating with medical staff. Documentation in electronic health record systems is required. Two professional references covering the last three years are needed. This position may require floating between different departments based on staffing needs. Candidates must provide availability for interviews during the application process.
