Front Of House & Drive-Thru Specialist

Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be cross-trained to provide exceptional guest service both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. You'll help create memorable guest experiences through friendly interactions, order accuracy, cleanliness, and a commitment to hospitality all while upholding the values Chick-fil-A is known for.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and serve guests in the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru
• Take and confirm accurate guest orders using POS systems
• Deliver food with speed, accuracy, and a genuine smile
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, drink stations, and drive-thru lanes
• Ensure a high standard of food safety and sanitation at all times
• Assist with restocking, prep, and daily opening/closing duties
• Work outside in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions (with proper gear provided)
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Demonstrate a guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Availability must extend to 10:45 PM at least two times a week
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Available to work on Saturdays
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)

Compensation: $16.94 - $17.50 per hour
