Duly Health and Care in Downers Grove is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. pportunity Highlights Current practice includes 9 ophthalmologists, 4 optometrists, certified ophthalmic technicians and a full support staff Support our clinics in Downers Grove and Hinsdale. Possible satellite coverage may extend to Bloomingdale. Expect 500 cataract surgery cases/year to start with potential growth! Exceptional facility amenities with high end technology and devices to support a thriving practice from day one Monday through Friday office hours, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No Saturdays. Cases performed at Edward Hospital, Duly Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lombard, and Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center in St. Charles. Call is 8-9 times/year for one week at a time (Monday-Monday). Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $400,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $550,000.
