Fleet Specialist – London Your mission at Voi As a Fleet Specialist in London, you’ll keep our electric vehicles in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. You’ll rotate between two areas depending on daily priorities. In our mechanical team, you’ll maintain and repair our vehicles, learn the technical side of micromobility and keep our fleet ride‑ready. In our in‑field team, you’ll use one of our electric vans to carry out operations across London, deploying vehicles, responding to issues and making sure our riders always have a safe, reliable ride. Your Team Lead will guide you where you’re needed most each day. No two shifts are exactly the same. Responsibilities Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city. Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles. Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride. Carry out on‑site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues. Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair. Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse. Support teammates in the field – repositioning vehicles, clearing parking spots, flagging issues. Qualifications Holds a full UK driving licence (at least 12 months, no more than 6 points, no major offences). Feels comfortable driving around London in varying conditions. Enjoys working as part of a team. Likes sharing knowledge and helping colleagues grow. Approaches problems practically – focused on getting things done. Stays calm and composed when things get busy. Can physically handle and move vehicles and batteries, using tools and support provided. DBS check may be required. Job Conditions Location: London (Mitcham). Hours: 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, fixed daytime hours – Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00–16:00; some weekend flexibility may be needed. Contract: 6‑month fixed‑term.
