Position Overview This role ensures the marketing machine in North America runs smoothly. You will: Design and own cross-functional process flows and structures to streamline collaboration across PR, product, digital, channel, and community teams. Serve as the operational support for the CMNA Marketing Head, handling agendas, briefs, minutes, follow-ups, and tracking outcomes. Build and maintain templates, trackers, and frameworks (for launches, campaigns, reviews, status reports). Coordinate meeting logistics, cascading updates, action item management, and status reporting across functions. Track project statuses, dependencies, risks, and key metrics, then communicate to leadership and stakeholders. Enforce "process hygiene" - ensure all teams follow best practices, documentation, and workflows to minimize friction. Provide operational support for campaign rollouts, including coordinating timelines, asset delivery, approvals, and handoffs. Collaborate with regional or global operations (if applicable) to sync processes and tools. This is not just an administrative role—you'll play a critical part in shaping how CMNA Marketing works effectively on a scale. Key Responsibilities: Process & Workflow Management Design, document, and maintain marketing process flows for various functions (launches, reviews, campaigns, internal communication). Continuously improve workflows; collect feedback from teams and refine bottlenecks. Implement procedures for cross-team handoffs, escalation paths, timelines, and checkpoints. Meeting & Communications Management Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, decks, and supporting materials for marketing leadership and cross-functional syncs. Facilitate meetings: capture minutes, action items, deadlines, owners, and follow-ups. Track implementation of decisions, elevate issues, and maintain alignment across teams. Template & Asset Governance Create and maintain standardized templates for briefs, trackers, launch checklists, status decks, dashboards, etc. Ensure all teams use consistent formats and naming conventions to promote efficiency and clarity. Project / Campaign Coordination & Tracking Maintain a centralized project tracker with dependencies, milestones, status, risks, resource allocations, and deadlines. Monitor task progress, dependencies, and flag delays or risks proactively. Work with campaign owners to ensure timely deliverables and alignment. Reporting & Analytics Support Aggregate status reports, campaign KPIs, project metrics, and deliver to leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment Partner with PR, Digital, Product, Channel, Community, and other marketing functions to synchronize timelines and deliverables. Help resolve blocking issues and ensure interdependencies are managed. Act as a process liaison between CMNA and global/other regional teams (if needed) to harmonize practices. Operational Support & Ad Hoc Duties Assist with arranging logistics for meetings, workshops, marketing summits, and regional events (non-creative tasks). Provide general administrative support to marketing leadership, scheduling, document sharing, version control, archives, etc. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-3 years (or more) of project management, operations, or marketing coordination experience in consumer tech / hardware / marketing environments. Strong organizational and time-management skills - able to juggle multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Proficiency with project management / collaboration tools (e.g. Monday, JIRA, Trello) and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Experience in process design, documentation, and governance. Ability to synthesize information, foresee risks, and proactively elevate issues. Comfortable working cross-functionally and interfacing with senior leadership. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and disciplined. Self-starter attitude; willing to step in and get things done. Experience in tech, hardware, gaming, or consumer electronics is a plus (not mandatory).
