Paid Social Specialist Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency, with big ambitions to change the way lead generation is done. Backed by solid funding and a clear mission, they help clients generate high-quality leads that convert. They are growing their Paid Department and looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You'll join a close-knit team that includes our Head of Paid Media and a PPC Specialist, and you'll play a key role in driving performance for clients across industries like home improvements, financial services and automotive. This is a great opportunity if you want to take ownership of campaigns, work across diverse client sectors, and see the real impact of your work every day. The Role Plan, build and manage Meta ad campaigns for the business and our clients. Test and optimise audiences, creative, messaging and funnels to drive ROI. Analyse campaign performance data and turn it into clear, actionable insights. Report regularly on KPIs such as ROI, CPA, lead quality and conversion. Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and shape paid social strategies around them. Collaborate with the wider Paid Department (Head of Paid + PPC Specialist) to share learnings and align strategies across paid channels. Keep ahead of Meta's evolving features, tools and best practices. Requirements 2+ years' hands-on experience running Meta campaigns in an agency environment. Proven ability to deliver ROI-positive campaigns, whether lead gen or e-commerce. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager. Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting and acting on performance data. Excellent communication skills: comfortable working directly with clients. Proactive, organised, and excited to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.
