Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

As part of this esteemed outpatient practice located in Pueblo, Colorado, you will focus on providing high-level care for adult patients in the areas of diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis management. The practice is currently enhancing its capabilities with the addition of a Certified Diabetes Educator on-site and offers ultrasound capabilities for comprehensive patient care. The clinic does not serve pediatric patients, allowing you to specialize in adult endocrinology.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Enjoy the stability of a full-time, permanent placement with a busy clinic schedule, seeing approximately 15 patients per day. This role offers a consistent work-life balance in a supportive environment, allowing you to focus on what matters most: patient care. The practice utilizes the EPIC EMR system, ensuring streamlined and efficient patient management.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Clean malpractice history preferred.
• DEA certification required prior to start.
• NPDB self-query report within the last 30 days required at presentation.
