Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We Love Our Work.

• Greets guests with a positive and friendly attitude. Assure guests are seated in a timely manner assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience.
• Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests.
• Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus in timely manner.
• Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
• Prepares beverages and expedites food orders as needed.
• Collects payment from customers as needed.
• Computes or recomputed bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due as needed.
• Works closely with Stewarding to ensure that the outlet is stocked with clean china and silver
• Takes beverage orders, serves beverages and bartends when necessary
• Ensures that all tables remain clean and free of dirty dishes and debris
• Responsible for daily break down of the outlet at closing.
• Use of all bar equipment, cash registers and Micro System.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Become knowledgeable of Resorts Casino policies and procedures with regards to alcoholic beverages
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work Area: 24/7 high energy casino with a large gaming and entertainment space with multiple beverage/bar outlets. Position will be required to move around to all areas with a sense of urgency.
• Exposed to temperatures that may vary, noise, alcohol, smoke, wet floors, crowds, long lines and bright lights
• Physical Requirements: Walking/Standing 75% - Bending/Lifting 20% (up to 25 lbs.) Sitting 5%
• Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Six months experience in restaurants/beverage field.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read, writes, and understands basic instructions. Knowledge of all bar equipment, Micro System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. Knowledge of C02 Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
• Guest Relations: Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.
