Duties and Responsibilities: Manage complex civil and commercial litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial. Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle all aspects of case development and strategy. Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents. Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution. Take increasing ownership of files with real responsibility and visibility. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active GA bar. 3–9 years of complex civil or commercial litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills. Trial or arbitration experience is a plus.
