Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled part-time NetSuite Administrator to join their client's dynamic team in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who will ensure the smooth operation and optimization of the NetSuite system within the organization.
Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the NetSuite platform to support business operations and processes.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to the NetSuite system.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and implement necessary changes within NetSuite.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by managing user roles and permissions.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to staff on NetSuite functionalities and updates.
• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards for different business units.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants for system upgrades and integrations.
• Document system processes and maintain up-to-date records of configurations and customizations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in training users and documenting processes.
