Role Description: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adam Mccluer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain client records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
