About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist with us, you will work in a vibrant outpatient setting, providing personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their health goals. The position operates Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, following a double-booking model with 2 patients per hour, ensuring engaging and efficient sessions. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, we welcome your enthusiasm and commitment to patient care.

Required Skills:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Proven ability to handle a busy caseload and maintain high-quality patient care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous outpatient therapy experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities to serve a diverse patient population

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Open to new graduates eager to launch their careers
• Willingness to travel or float between clinics if needed (not required)
• Outpatient therapy experience is preferred but not required

Other Requirements:

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply
• Ability to see approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits/week
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a diverse patient demographic
• OT hours must be pre-approved; no float to other clinics unless scheduled
• Compensation of $48.24/hour, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week (up to 40 hours expected)
