Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading health insurance and healthcare company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist! This is a hybrid role, going onsite 2 days a week in Durham, NC.

*This is a 6 +month W2 contract with benefits and the strong possibility of extension! *

In this role, you will support full-cycle recruiting by developing sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition through offer generation, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring recruiting goals align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of job requisition and offer generation process
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and marketing strategies to generate a pool of diverse candidates
• Proactively consult with management on departmental needs, recruiting process, candidate assessment and selection
• Advise and educate hiring managers on effective recruiting plans that support current staffing needs and future business development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field
• Previous experience using Workday
