The Smoothbar is the only salon of its kind in Dallas-Fort Worth because we specialize solely on performing a variety of Smoothing Treatments that are customized for each individual client. We are innovative and our goal is to offer a unique experience for our clients by providing hair smoothing services from expert stylists in a luxurious environment at reasonable pricing. With only the best hair care treatments available, performed by hair stylists who have gone through our extensive training program, in an environment designed for optimal comfort and luxury.
The Smoothbar is a busy, fun, team-focused environment. We only hire stylists with a great attitude, energy, and the desire to grow. We specialize in a variety of Smoothing Treatments including Keratin Treatments and Brazilian Blowouts. We will train you, so no experience with smoothing treatments is needed. We’re committed to helping hairstylists grow in their careers. We also encourage our stylists to grow their outside cut & color business through referrals from our steady stream of smoothing treatment clients.
Guaranteed hourly wages plus tips AND commissions.
We also offer paid vacation, health insurance, and 401k savings.
You Must:
- Be able to work Saturdays.
- Always provide an over-the-top client experience and exceptional service.
- Meet scheduling requirements.
- Have a valid cosmetology license for the state of Texas.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be driven and motivated .
