This role provides guidance on employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while partnering with leadership to drive business objectives and foster a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Managers and Generalists. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals. Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for employee issues. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Review and advise on disciplinary actions, terminations, reductions in force, and other employment decisions. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to improve engagement, retention, and business performance. Support labor relations activities, including contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and collective bargaining as needed. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services teams to deliver effective HR programs and solutions. Participate in special projects, training initiatives, and organizational change efforts. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. PHR, SPHR, or similar HR certification preferred. Experience 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Management role. Strong employee relations experience, including investigations and policy interpretation. Experience supporting multiple locations or business units in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with both non-union and unionized workforces preferred. Skills Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to travel to, support, and manage various sites Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
