Perform complex activities related to control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization. Advise clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio or facility requirements. Qualifications Experience with Air Force installation and facilities planning or management as a senior Air Force Civil Engineer. Knowledge of Air Force installations, missions, organizations, and real property management. Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, or Access. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis platforms, including Tableau or Power BI. Experience with artificial intelligence tools and principles. Experience adapting new technology to complex problems. Master’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, Geography, or a related field. PE, PMP, CFM, or related certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 annualized USD.
