CT Technologist - Travel Position

Shift: 6 PM - 6:30 AM, Weekend Availability Required

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will have clinical expertise and experience in performing and assisting with CT scans in a fast-paced, acute care environment. This role involves working closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of all imaging technologies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnoses.
• Document patient information and scan findings in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Provide exceptional patient care with clear communication and customer service skills.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital CT Tech experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R), with a preference for CT.
• Experience with trauma and stroke procedures is a plus.
• IV skills are preferred.
