Your Role at KIK

As a Blow Mold Operator II, you will bring experience to ensure quality standards, productivity, efficiency with limited production down time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Shift line operation and performance.
• Perform daily set-up, maintenance, changeovers and troubleshooting.
• Schedule and conduct all PM tasking for the blow molder production lines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform daily set up and bottle-size changeovers on all equipment.
• Follow and support all safety programs.
• Maximize performance of blow mold equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective action as necessary.
• Preserve blow mold equipment through proper cleaning.
• Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a facility that runs blow molders.
• Understands blow mold operations – Uniloy experience preferred.
• Certification/Technical School preferred.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Team player who leads by example.
• Read, write, speak and understand verbal and written schedules, instructions, requests, etc. in English.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a hourly base pay of $22.88 This facility is a Union facility and this position's hourly base pay is defined within the Union CBA.
