Clinical Research Nurse

Job Title: Clinical Research LPN - Oncology

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Research LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous clinical research experience and be a registered LPN. This role focuses on supporting a urology group conducting studies related to Prostate, Bladder, Renal, and other conditions, including some radio pharmaceutical studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee clinical research procedures.

• Pre-screen patients and manage clinical trial processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good clinical practices (GCP).

• Recruit patients for clinical trials and manage data effectively.

• Report adverse events accurately and in a timely manner.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and comply with institutional review board (IRB) guidelines.

Essential Skills

• Clinical research experience.

• Proficiency in pre-screening patients and managing clinical trials.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and GCP.

• Experience in oncology nursing, particularly in urology oncology.

• Competence in data management and patient recruitment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

• Experience in oncology or urology is preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in Lenexa, KS, with additional travel to North Kansas City The role requires administrative work as well as on-site presence at study locations.

This is a Contract position based out of Lenexa, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
