We are looking for a leader who can build a team and grow existing team members into top performers by training and developing skills, providing clear, consistent direction, and recognizing individual and team contributions. The overall success of your restaurant is in your capable hands. You identify the strongest crew and train them to deliver the best customer experience. You will feel pride in setting the standard that all other managers strive for. By empowering a team of top performers, you create a culture that is exciting, optimistic and rewarding.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Have a flexible work schedule – ability to work nights and/or weekends. Ability to work a 50-hour workweek. 
  • 2+ years of fast food/restaurant management experience with responsibility to achieve financial results.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation 
  • Ability to motivate and build teams
  • Ability to manage with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience. Ability to participate in period bonus plans.
