Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, walking, and transferring

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order

• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that patient needs are met and exceeded

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and promote a positive, supportive environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in the state of Florida

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
