Responsibilities Process customer transactions using our Point‑of‑Sale system Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise Stock shelves, counters, and displays with products Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled shelves Support store operations as directed by the Store Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Compensation and Benefits Discretionary bonus Life insurance 403(b) retirement plan with company match All job offers from IBVI are contingent on candidate’s ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
