Responsibilities of the kitchen team member:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow and adhere closely to all food safety protocols and procedures.
• Know the duties of all kitchen positions, including fries, breading, assembly, tables, and food preparation.
• Replenish kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen tidy and clean at all times.
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Complete personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying current with any changes.
• Perform all opening or closing duties assigned.
• Respect Chick-fil-As standards and dress code at all times.
• Other assigned tasks
