Summary Part-time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized, high-touch customer service while driving daily sales goals. Represents the brand on the sales floor and supports store initiatives, training, and technology-enabled selling channels. This entry-level retail role helps build client relationships and maintain store presentation standards. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales by prioritizing customer experience and proactive selling. Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve results. Utilize digital and alternative purchase tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to broaden customer accessibility. Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities. Ensure sales floor, merchandise, and store standards are maintained at all times. Requirements Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred. Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
