Senior Manager, Global Transaction Tax Advisory

Ernst & Young Oman is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax to support corporate and private capital markets clients through tax diligence and transaction advisory. You will drive restructuring and buy/sell‑side due diligence, shape tax strategy amid BEPS changes, manage exposures, and guide transactions across cash, debt, equity, derivatives, and FX. You will lead engagement delivery, ensure quality and risk management, and travel as needed to support client engagements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ernst & Young Oman
