Lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. Job Duties & Responsibilities Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, and other operational guidelines. Co‑operate with the SM and ASM to develop 30‑60‑90 day plans that support business priorities for assigned department(s). Establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, and merchandising sets in accordance with budgets and financial goals. Execute plans and make adjustments as needed using independent judgment. Communicate departmental goals and plans to direct reports on a daily/weekly basis, assign workload based on skill levels, and monitor progress. Adjust staffing and operational priorities to meet athlete traffic demands and financial objectives. Build and lead an effective team that delivers positive athlete experiences. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of direct reports; provide coaching, feedback, development, and recognition throughout the teammate lifecycle. Manage performance, conduct annual reviews, recommend promotions, and recommend terminations when necessary. Create a welcoming and respectful store environment for teammates and athletes alike. Adhere to and enforce policies related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and external governing entity laws. Hold teammates accountable for compliance with these expectations. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 1‑3 years of experience Previous retail/customer‑facing experience required Previous people leadership experience preferred Benefits & Pay Targeted Pay Range: $51,500.00 - $65,500.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as incentive, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
