Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and productivity objectives
Manage and develop manufacturing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies
Collaborate cross-functionally on capacity planning, process improvements, and new product introductions
Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and ensure GMP compliance and accurate documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline
4+ years in business, operations, or manufacturing experience
Experience in medical device or highly regulated industry preferred
3+ years supervisory experience preferred
Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience preferred
Knowledge of Quality Systems, ISO 9001, and manufacturing processes
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely, 75 pounds occasionally

Compensation: $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
