Marketing Coordinator

Buckeye State Credit Union is seeking an energetic, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the AVP of Marketing and Community Outreach , this role plays a key part in bringing our brand to life through marketing campaigns, community engagement, digital communications, and member-focused initiatives. What You'll Do As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll help execute marketing strategies that drive member engagement, strengthen our brand, and support the Credit Union's growth objectives. Responsibilities include: Coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and branch channels. Assisting with content creation, editing, proofreading, and distribution of marketing communications. Supporting social media planning, posting, and engagement efforts. Maintaining website content and other digital communication channels. Tracking campaign performance and assisting with marketing analytics and reporting. Coordinating community events, sponsorships, member appreciation events, and financial education initiatives. Managing marketing materials, promotional items, and branch collateral. Collaborating with departments across the Credit Union to support organizational goals and initiatives. Helping ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and community engagement. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Two or more years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience preferred. Experience in financial services or a credit union environment is a plus. Compensation is based on experience. The range is $22.60-$24.52/per hour and is non-exempt. Standard work hours are 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours for community events.
