Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor rehab plans for LTAC patients under supervision of a licensed PT
- Lead therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional activities, and activity tolerance progression
- Administer modalities and manual therapy as outlined by the plan of care
- Document patient progress, goals, and updates in the chart; communicate changes to the PT and care team
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to ensure continuity of care and safe patient handling
- Uphold safety, infection control, and patient-centered care during all treatment sessions

- Availability to start on 09/14/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Ability to work a 5x8 day shift (08:00–16:30) in a LTAC/skilled nursing facility setting
- Eligibility to work in the United States for a travel assignment
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
